Landscapers choose GRC for commercial projects for three reasons beyond aesthetics:

Longevity. The client doesn't want to replace planters in two years. GRC is specified for 15+ years in outdoor conditions. It doesn't crack in frost, fade in UV, or rust. The developer or facilities manager doesn't have to budget for replacements.
