Do you deliver across South Africa?+
Currently we deliver across Gauteng, including Krugersdorp, Roodepoort, Soweto, Johannesburg, Sandton, Randburg, Midrand, Centurion, Pretoria, the East Rand and the Vaal Triangle. Free factory collection from our Krugersdorp factory is available everywhere else for now.
How long does delivery take?+
Card-paid orders dispatch within 1-3 business days. EFT orders dispatch once payment reflects in our account. Delivery itself takes 1-5 business days depending on your suburb. We confirm a date with you before dispatch.
Can I collect from the factory?+
Yes, collection is free. Choose a date and morning/afternoon window at checkout and we'll have someone ready to help load. Our factory is at 16 Dyke St, Factoria, Krugersdorp.
How do I pay?+
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay via Paystack) for instant confirmation, or direct EFT. We don't accept cash on delivery, payment must reflect before delivery or collection.
What are your pots made of?+
GRC fiber cement (glass-reinforced concrete). It's stronger than terracotta or clay, much lighter than solid concrete, UV-stable and frost-resistant, built for years of outdoor use in South African conditions.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for nurseries?+
