The Material
Why GRC?
Frost-resistant
GRC fibre cement does not crack in cold temperatures. Safe for Highveld winters and highland gardens.
UV-stable
The surface holds its colour and finish under intense South African sun without fading or degrading.
Lighter than solid concrete
GRC is a fraction of the weight of cast concrete, making it practical to move, install and deliver.
Stronger than clay
Unlike clay or terracotta, GRC pots will not shatter or crack if bumped. Built to last 15 or more years.
